My version of a trumeau mirror………

mirror B

trumeau mirror 008

The result of what you get when you have some old plywood laying around the garage, then add in an old junky mirror with outdated frame removed, throw in some molding and an applique…….then top off with a dabble of paint of course!

A big thank you to my friend Artie at Color Outside The Lines who is always a huge inspiration!!!! Be sure to check him out……you will be absolutely amazed!

Have a great week!!!

Wonderful use of plywood and a mirror! I would have never guessed that it has such a humble pedigree -- would think that it was a grand find from an antique store!

Deserae! I haven't been here is so long....for a while I never saw any new post and I thought you had quit blogging! I can't believe how much you have done and the guest room! Looks great. Seems like we were just talking about that fabric you used. Hope you are doing well, and it is going to take me a while to catch up......

Gorgeous! Could you share your dabble of paint color and other technique to age this... I love it and believe it or not I have a mirror like this (minus the cute embellishment) sitting in my garage waiting for a garage sale... Maybe a make over is in order! Marcy :)
