On a pedestal…….

statue 002

A closer look…..

statue 013

I finally got around to painting

the base for the statue…….

I think she looks so  beautiful in the corner

of the dining room?!?!

And to think she spent a year

outside because I couldn’t figure

out what to do

with her!

 Have a great weekend!

She's perfect in your home, Des! I guess sometimes it just takes us a while to figure things out. *grin*

That looks great, Des! I love it in the corner and it works so well in this room. I think I already told you I have a crown just like that and I had it on a little boy statue for awhile ~ until I put him up over my kitchen cabinets. Now it just sits on my dining room sideboard.

She looks perfect there! I love cement statuaries both indoors and out. I think the unique crown that you put on her head, makes her even better.

LOVE IT and the outdoors probably added to the patina before you painted it! What color was it before?? and I'm delighted to see the blue curtains! :)
