More ruffles….

Lately I can’t seem to get enough ruffles.

 Knowing that this is

probably just a phase I opted to go with

a little table runner for

the dining room table instead of a full table cloth.

 I figure, start out small

and then if I still absolutely *need*

the table cloth later

on I can always

upgrade to something bigger.

It's really pretty Des, but as always it's also great to see pics of your lovely home.

Oh I love that...so pretty and feminine! I'm loving ruffles these days too, and have added them several places. I rarely use a tablecloth and pretty much always opt for a runner.

Love the urn on top of the new beautiful runner.
Green apples just make the look complete.

This is absolutely perfect. I think a ruffle on a table runner is mandatory! Very neutral and pretty. Have a happy St. Patrick's Day!

I love how it brings the eye to the center of your table. I wouldn't want to cover that beautiful table up with a tablecloth. I like the small runner.

Good idea, Des! I have a ruffled tablecloth that I won a couple of years ago in a giveaway, but many times it is not realistic for me to use. I usually put it out for special occasions or if I'm just doing a fun tablescape. I'd like to try a round table runner {my table is round and the rectangular ones I have don't look right} I made a mini one for my granddaughter's little tea table. I'll have to make sure I set it up when I show off her room makeover.
