My new French chair…….

I have always wanted an antique French ladder back

chair for as long as I can remember.

I have never found one locally and having antique pieces

shipped has never worked out

for me since they always arrive damaged.

We went to an antique warehouse sale in Missouri

a couple of weeks ago and that is where I found my dream chair!!!!

Imagine my surprise when the store

owner told there was not one chair but two!

It was part of a set……….

I haven’t found a spot for the second one just

yet but I am working on it!

Oh my! I want one Too...
No wonder it took you so long to find one. I don't think I would part with it if I had one.

Gorgeous, Des! Did it come with that fabulous cushion? I wonder how they would both look flanking your armoire. It seems the perfect spot!

Love that cute, old, chippy, french chair! Did I include enough adjectives? Ha! It looks great with the cute rooster chair pad in it too. That was a great find. Isn't it wonderful when you finally stumble upon what you've been wanting for a long time? It's like it was meant to be. If you had room for it, the other one would be cute in the kitchen.
