Sources for the kitchen


I have received a lot of emails

from readers regarding where they can find certain

items in our kitchen.

So, I have put together a list with all the sources……




Hardware: Lowes

Counter tops: New Venetian Gold

cabinets: Craig’s List/reworked by handy husband to fit our kitchen

backsplash tile: Lowes

decorative molding on cabinets: Lowes

decorative legs on each side of sink: eBay

wood flooring: reclaimed from old gymnasium and installed by handy husband & stained in cherry with oil base semi gloss polyurethane.

bead board: Home Depot

I think my counters are the same as yours! Most of our stuff came from Home Depot though. Thanks for the info. Just FYI, I'm out of commission while I'm getting over colitis. Just spent the day at the dr getting accessed and treated. Hopefully, be back to my old self soon.

Beautiful! I've been wanting to paint our cabinets white but my husband can't fathom that, especially since we had the oak cabinets made especially for us.
