My birthday gift……

Hello friends!

Hope your week is off to a fabulous start?

My husband and I went to the

Bottoms Up Market on Friday in KC.

The market is held in an old industrial building and

is four floors of pure fabulousness!!!!

One of the treasures I found

was this antique French bottle drying rack.

My sweet hubby bought it for me as an early birthday gift.

It has the perfect amount of patina…..

and it is a really large one too!

I also got five of these

wonderful old French wine bottles.

I placed them on the French bottle drying rack

that I got the other day from Decor Steals.

Here you can see

the name etched in one of them…..

so beautiful!!!!!!

What a nice birthday present! When is your birthday??? I love the authentic old bottle racks like that. They can be hard to find too. That was a great score! Your vintage bottles look nice on your other bottle rack. That's the one I have too. I spy some pretty new curtains in the background of your pics too!!!

Gosh I have never EVER seen one of those. It would be a fun find, and then to look for the bottles to put on it.

hi des,

did i miss your birthday? if so here's a belated happy birthday wish for you.

i love those drying racks and wish i had a place for one. i don't have a lot of counter space and not enough room from counter to cabinet for it to fit.
