Peony blooms…..

e

The Peonies have bloomed!

Of course I couldn’t help but pick a few……

I always feel a little guilty cutting them to bring inside

but the guilt quickly faded when the wind picked up

and blew all the petals off the few that remained.

I love walking down the stairs in the morning

and smelling the fragrance wafting

thru the house.

The smell is absolutely heavenly!

I picked up the

little marmalade jar at an antique shop the

other day for eight dollars.

I couldn’t wait to add my beautiful

Peony blooms to it……

See you there!

Those peonies look beautiful in your new marmalade jar. That's a GREAT price for that jar, btw! They usually sell for a lot more around here. I have one peony bush in my front yard. It bloomed last year, but hasn't yet this year. I'm still waiting. I think peonies do better in a colder climate. Mine never seem as big as others I've seen elsewhere.

Your peonies are stunning... They don't seem to grow for me here ( not enough cold I believe)... You should cut and enjoy and don't feel guilty... beautiful!

I love your peonies! That is the colour of mine - but you saw my super light pink ones on my tablescape the other day - those are my neighbors.

Mine haven't blossomed yet, can't wait.

Your post is SO PRETTY~~~!

The peonies are so pretty, Deserae. The color is so soft and lovely. I love the jar you put them in too. I don't see this flower too much around here, but many of my blog friends have them at their homes.

Have a nice week.

Love,

Thank you for your blog post. I have already been saving for our new book on this subject and your short article has made us all to save money. Your thoughts really responded all our issues. In fact, in excess of what we had known before we stumbled on your excellent blog. My spouse and i no longer have doubts as well as a troubled mind because you clearly attended to the needs in this article. Thanks
