RP_aha_141114_7845:

Thanksgiving is less than a week away now…..are you ready? I can’t believe how this year has flown by! Every year I say I am going to be prepared for the holidays but yet every year I find myself further and further behind.

I woke up today smelling the autumn leaves and the fresh air, my planet is so pretty. I feel good being free. Don't kill me, I did nothing wrong to you, my life is important to me just as much as yours is to you and your loved ones. Be thankful for the beauty you see and walk away.:

I did the bulk of my shopping for Thanksgiving today, so I'm pretty much ready, but I'll be doing a lot of baking next week. Love these pics. How nice it would be to drive through that scenery every day!

Des,
The pictures are gorgeous. Can you imagine having Thanksgiving dinner at the fall outside table in those over sized leather chairs. Ahhhhhh amazing. Love the last picture too just adorable.

You always do an amazing job selecting your photos for your posts Des, but this post they are especially beautiful! LOVE!

And I'm just like you! EVERY year I feel behind and overwhelmed before I've even started, only to feel the same the next year. I finally finished my table for Thursday (I'm hosting) and posted that on the blog last Friday. Then today I finished all the shopping and planned the meal. I was feeling pretty organized and proud of myself when my friend said, "But then it will be Dec 1st and we won't have done any Xmas shopping at all yet!" And that sent me into a bit of a panic again! But I'm determined to relax and enjoy one holiday at a time.`

Friday I will decorate for Xmas and brave the malls on the busiest weekend of the year!
