Last Friday we went to the
Bottoms Up antique market in KC and I
found this antique crucifix.
Originally I had planned to hang it in the dining room
but decided next to the armoire in the
living room was a better spot.

Lovely find, Des! Perfect next to your fabulous armoire!

What a beautiful addition to your home. I know you will treasure it.
Is the armoire an antique or new? It's amazing!!
Perfect next to the armoire! The armoire is such a pretty piece too!
I need to get myself to more estate sales!
What a wonderful find! Your armoire is beautiful too. I like your crown moulding. My hubby bought the tools to install some in our house two years ago and still hasn't done it. :) I think he needs to get on that right now. :)
I love it! That looks good on the wall beside the armoire too. Perfect spot. I know you don't live close to a lot of shops, so when you go out shopping, you take the time to go to some good ones and always seem to find the neatest things. Looking forward to seeing the other things you found!
I love these finds; I would love to visit this store-antiques are my thing.
Hope you have a wonderful day!
Hugs, Noreen
Des, beautiful! I have to tell you that armoire is killer. LOVE!!! Can't wait to see your treasures.

The cross is so beautiful, Deserae. I have one that is very similar to it that my mother-in-law gave me. Antique shows are so fun, and I always find goodies there.
Have a great week.

This is almost identical to a cross my folks have- a memory from childhood always hanging on their bedroom wall. Thanks for sharing this.
oooohh... i really like that cabinet. :D
That Bottoms Up antique place is dangerous! It's always full of the greatest things! I have to limit myself to only a couple visits a year! Now that gallery classics is there its even harder! I loved their shop in Topeka!
