Absolutely true…….

Once you've had a wonderful dog, a life without one is a life diminished.

Great photo and quote! I have always loved animals but was never a "dog person" until my darling golden retriever came along. She is such a special part of our family and melts my heart every day. Even the extra vacuuming and muddy paws don't bother me with her around!

I agree. I just lost my baby dog of 17 1/2 years and a little piece of my heart died with her. Still so sad.

Such a touching picture. Our animals really do become a part of our family, don't they? They bring so much to our lives. :)

Oh my gosh....this is so true. I am bracing myself for the day......but for now, we enjoy a sweet little ball of muscle. All of her snoring and drool and grunting. She is an english bulldog and we just love what she brings to our life each day.

Thank you for sharing.
