A dining room table vignette……

I decided to mix things up and change things around in the dining room the other day…….

Peony blooms…..

The Peonies have bloomed!

Of course I couldn’t help but pick a few……

I always feel a little guilty cutting them to bring inside

but the guilt quickly faded when the wind picked up

and blew all the petals off the few that remained.

I love walking down the stairs in the morning

and smelling the fragrance wafting

thru the house.

The smell is absolutely heavenly!

I picked up the

little marmalade jar at an antique shop the

other day for eight dollars.

I couldn’t wait to add my beautiful

Peony blooms to it……
