Aren’t these the most
wonderful
inspiration pics of cloches?
I just adore the
last one with the old book pages……
So, what’s under
your cloches these days?

Great inspiration Des! I love that last one too!
ReplyDeleteWhen we were in Savannah at The Paris Market, they had some wonderful displays of items under cloches...a lot like you've featured. I might have to post more of that store to share those ideas.
ReplyDeleteA little chilly here today, which is typical after the round of deadly storms we had over the weekend. When it gets as hot as it was last week, you know those killer tornadoes are coming.

These are wonderful pictures, Des! Great inspiration, especially with Marty's cloche party coming up soon. I passed up a glass dome clock the other day because the vendor wanted too much for the size. I may go back and see if they will make a deal. I've got such a variety under mine ~ bunnies, my little PB Santos ornament, corks, and letter balls. I pretty much stick with what I put under them year round. Unless I get a new cloche and then I have a little fun until I find something that "grabs" me!
ReplyDeleteGreat blog you have here...I just became one of your newest followers. Love you style and taste and look forward to going through your archives for sure!
ReplyDeleteI have a small cloche and would love a larger one.

Des these are just so gorgeous! I saw one the other day at Create and Barrel filled as a terrarium, so lovely!

Thanks for the gorgeous cloche inspiration Des. I'm working on my cloches now. I love the last one too! Hope you have a wonderful day, Gail
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics, Des - especially like all the pages under the glass. BTW, I'm still drooling over your dining room table!! Linda
ReplyDeleteI love the last pic too. I like the contrast of the glass with the worn aged book pages. I guess it's the shiny v/s matted finish contrast that makes it appealing. I don't have any of my cloches out at the moment. Sometimes I have them everywhere and other times they're put away for future use.
ReplyDeleteYou are so smart to actually look up cloche inspiration, Des, I seem to struggle when I want to put one together.
ReplyDeleteI don't have any Cloches, but whenever I see them, I always want to get one. There are so many ways to decorate them. The picture with the crosses is beautiful. Thanks for sharing these unique Cloches.

Loving the last one for sure! I always have a hard time accessorizing. I am good with the larger picture but when it comes to the little touches it takes me awhile.
ReplyDeleteLove this!!! I'm following you on GFC! XO, Aimee

ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful! I haven't decorated much lately but hopefully I'll have time tomorrow! I need some bunnies and chicks on my baker's rack! ♥
