I have no idea where fall went but it certainly isn’t at my house!!!!
More frigid temps and snow are in the forecast…..
It certainly feels more like Christmas time and not so much like it is almost Thanksgiving!
It makes me wish we had one of these in our house:
But no such luck……..
Have a great weekend my friends!!!!
Stay warm!

ReplyDeleteP.S. Have a great weekend and stay warm!
ReplyDeleteWell I know what your next house project should be! You need a fireplace living in the cold region you live in. We just used our fireplace for the first time this season. It's messy, but sure felt good.
ReplyDeleteIt is 46 in Myrtle Beach, that is unheard of at this time of the year. It is cold everywhere I guess.
ReplyDeleteThose are gorgeous fireplaces! I just love the stone one. We're about to use ours for the first time this season. We really need to stock up on more wood because we're unusually cold for this time of year. I remember lots of years where we still had the a/c on for Thanksgiving, but I don't think that'll be the case this year! :)
ReplyDeleteOh Deserae,
ReplyDeleteThese fireplaces hit home for me today, as I have been looking at fireplaces lately also. Have you ever thought about installing an electric one - they look so real, and you can put candles and dress it up a lot.
This is the sweetest bird picture. It really got me when I saw it.
Have a wonderful week.

Hi, Desarae! Fireplaces are nice to have, but they can be a lot of trouble, too. I will admit that when I lived in a home without one, I was totally out of sorts. Perhaps you can set up a faux fireplace in a room? I'm going to try to do that next year in our master bedroom. There's no possibility of ever having an actual fireplace in there, so that's going to have to be my go-to. I've seen several online, and I'm excited by all the possibilities!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the pretty pictures! The one with the pine cones gave me an idea on how to solve a problem in the entryway of our house. Have a great week!
