Last week we decided to take a mini vacation to Branson for a little R&R…….
We stayed at a resort….our apartment was on the fourth floor.
Our balcony had a pretty view down below.
We saw the acrobats of China which was incredible……
and we also went on the Branson Bellse for a dinner cruise.
It was incredibly windy that day so the boat was unable to leave the dock.
After the dinner and show we stopped on the dock and fed the fish…..
On Wednesday we went to the Titanic exhibit…..
We also took a little drive around the area……
On Thursday we visted a few antique shops.
I didn’t find much….just a couple small things.
So, we then decided to visit the tiger sanctuary.
They are such amazing and beautiful creatures……
We drove home on Friday….it was good to see the fur babies!
We missed them soooo much!!!

ReplyDeleteI would love to see the titanic exhibit....I think I read up on a millionaire who is going to remake the Titanic....but safer......

I have never been there before. That looked like a great trip! I would've loved everything. Looks like you still had a good time on the boat even though it didn't leave the dock.
ReplyDeleteSo much to do and see. We took a trip to Fort Scott and stayed at the Lyons House.On the way down we took lots of photos along the way.
ReplyDeleteHi Des! We were in Branson, too - we love it there. We stayed right at the Landing this time and loved being close to the shopping and dining. We always take a little road trip to Ozark when we are in Branson, a half hour north. Antique malls galore! Have you been? Looks like you had a wonderful time - I didn't know there was a tiger sanctuary, how cool. Jane

I loved your vacation photos. Too bad the boat could not leave the dock but I think the tigers would have been the highlight of the trip for me. How amazing to have been close enough to get such good photos. Missouri is a very pretty state with a lot of trees and green scenery. I've heard that it is a great place to visit and go fishing.
